Basic Supplementation 

  1. Omega 3 fatty acids: fish oil, flax seed oil (if vegetarian)

  2.  Magnesium Citrate or Glycerate: vitamins and supplements are like boots - you get what you pay for. Nothing from WalMart or Albertsons. The magnesium can not be aspartate oi oxalate. Those will only loosen the bowels

  3.  Pro-biotics: Good bacteria that should he in our bodies so that the bad stuff doesn’t have anywhere to grow.

  4.  Greens: how many servings of veggies do you get a day? One serving of a good greens product is equal to 10 servings of veggies. It may taste terrible, but it is worth it.

It may seem like a lot, but your whole life will change when you improve your internal environment.
