The Chicken Dance 

Do this exercise whenever you feel the poor posture or tension in your neck or back. Should be a minimum of 4 times a day with no maximum. It is not abnormal to experience a increase in your symptoms for the first few days.

Step 1: Rub the insertion of the pec minor just below the collar bone for 2 minutes or until it is not tender

 Step 2: Pinch the shoulder blades together tight, Hold for 3 seconds and then release. Repeat 10 times.

 Step 3: Give yourself a double chin by pulling your head as far back as it goes and holding at the same time tucking the chin, hold for 3 sec. Start with 5 times and work your way up to 10.
